Weeks 1–3: AWARENESS
You learn to recognise pressure as it builds, rather than after it spills over.
This includes:
Identifying personal pressure triggers
Noticing early physical and mental signals
Understanding how pressure currently affects behaviour and decisions
The aim is clarity. You will know what’s happening internally before it takes control.
Weeks 4-6: REGULATION
You build the ability to stay steady in real situations.
This includes:
Techniques to slow reactions in tense moments
Staying clear-headed during disagreements or stress
Reducing carryover pressure from one part of life to another
The goal here is composure. Pressure stays present, but without driving your responses.
Weeks 7–9: COMMUNICATION
We'll cover how to express what needs to be said without added tension.
This includes:
Speaking clearly without escalation
Addressing issues early instead of letting them build
Holding boundaries without withdrawal or frustration
You will develop the skills to maintain clarity in conversation, with less friction and more understanding.
Weeks 10-12: INTEGRATION
You turn these skills into your default way of operating.
This includes:
Applying everything consistently across work, relationships, and daily life
Reinforcing habits that support steadiness
Building confidence in your ability to handle pressure long-term
This becomes how you operate consistently, not something you have to think about.
One, hour long session per week
Capped to a maximum of six men
Worksheets, frameworks & reflections
Sessions are focused and structured
Accountability is built in
''You’ll work alongside a small group of men
who value discretion, consistency,
and progress.
Many men find the group setting
reinforces momentum and
follow-through.''
Building awareness before actions take over
More presence at home
Practicing steadiness in real situations, not just hypothetical ones
Applying tools consistently across work, relationships and daily life.
The work happens in real time as a group, not in isolation.
Each week builds on the last so skills are reinforced, not introduced once and forgotten.
The group setting adds accountability and momentum and the structure removes guesswork.
Over 90 days, new responses replace old patterns and control becomes familiar. Steadiness will become your new default setting.
This program is built for men who already carry a full load.
Most participants are managing work, responsibility, and relationships alongside constant internal pressure. The structure fits into real life and focuses on reducing internal friction rather than adding more tasks.
As pressure becomes easier to handle, mental space and energy often return naturally.
This program is built around consistency and application.
Each week reinforces the same core skills, so new responses are practised repeatedly rather than introduced once. Over time, this creates steadiness that holds under pressure.
Many men in the program have worked with coaches before and found this structure easier to apply long-term.
This program doesn’t rely on sharing for the sake of it.
The focus stays on awareness, control, and practical communication. You work at your own pace within a clear structure, with conversations kept purposeful and grounded.
Clarity comes from understanding internal signals, not from oversharing.
Yes.
You’ll be part of a small, consistent group with regular sessions and clear guidance throughout the 90 days. Support is structured and focused, with space to ask questions and apply what you’re learning as situations come up.
My journey began in the fitness world, where I spent over 14 years helping others transform physically, before realising the true transformation goes much deeper.
After a life-changing experience in Sedona in 2015, I committed to my own inner work, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Since exiting the gym I co-owned with my wife Sarah in 2022, I’ve been coaching clients from all over the world while living a nomadic lifestyle that reflects the very principles I teach.
I’ve lived the experience of carrying pressure while keeping everything moving on the outside.
That experience shaped how I work with men today, helping them build steadiness, handle pressure, and stay in control of how they show up.
